Some anti-theft lights blink by default ( a small-scale red light nigh the dash, for case is there to warn off thieves ). If this is some other type of light then disconnect your battery (negative first and so positive) for xxx minutes and reconnect in reverse order (positive and so negative). This should reset the estimator. You will loose presets in your radio.

Mine does the aforementioned thing. I but hit the "unlock" button on my keychain remote and it starts right up.

Try unhooking the positive bombardment cablevision with the switch on.Let unhooked for xv minutes.Than hook cable back up with the key still on.than shut off and effort to start.It worked on my f150.

I use Ford fiesta merely used different central to start afterwards but couldn't first then we used the original cardinal the blood-red calorie-free comes on but the machine doesn't start

2010 ford egde "anti theft falshing fast" door ajar light stays on. Check wires under eastward brake pedal. Left pes wore threw 7 wires cut em clean. Reconnected wires protected with a pc of carpet rolled around the bundle of wires after. Fixed my issues

I have a mercury backwoodsman 99. I broke the immobilizer band later my 1yo flushed my keys and well i didnt realize the immobilizer was even there like a rookie i broke it replaced it and ignition destroyed old tumbler . pulled toilet afterward found keys . managed to get old tumbler to piece of work. So i have original key. Only one came with it !!! Light blinks similar crazy will turn over no start . too code 11 blinks once and then a again a sec later . ive tryed everything read the codes no codes merely the check engine light is on? It doesnt stay on for 1 sec let alone iii when turning on? Its already been bypassed with a push butten start before i bought information technology . ran great till i lost the keys and switched out the ignition. Ive disconnect and pulled all kinds of fuses none are blown and relays cheque out. I found another relay box underhood passenger side nether air filter ? Another 1 under the nuance in the middle merely above the gas pedal ? Somebody ive already lost plenty coin spending non working please aid

I take 2001 f150.I had the windshield resealed and so did a reset .I turn the key on and unhooked the positive battery cablevision for 30 minutes with the primal yet on I hooked the cable back up.took care of my anti-theft light.starts correct up at present.

I had the same trouble..I tried every one of these other methods with no luck. Took me a month to figure it out and luckily I could still starting time my vehicle and featherbed using ignition central past touching something long and metallic, eastward.chiliad. A screwdriver, to these ii bolts under the hood and start it that manner merely what a pain everytime I needed to start it.. I finally found this answer in an old forum somehwere and it worked!
Answer: Anti theft organisation had been activated, you lot need to push the vii/8 9/0 keypad buttons at the aforementioned time then enter the unlock lawmaking to disable the system. Sometimes this can also work by using the door fundamental to first lock the drivers door and then unlock it.
I had an 01 expedition with anti-theft low-cal blinking and took it to dealer to reset. I was told fuel pump was bad. Anti-theft shuts down the fuel pump and so they're idiots. Transponder in on the ignition switch was not reading chip in key so I dug the flake out of the key and removed transponder from ignition and taped the bit to the transponder and stuck it upwardly under the dash out of the way. No trouble since.

I have a 1997 Ford Expedition the anti-theft light is blinking. I lost the security scrap out of the key. And I had two other transponder keys fabricated and took it to the Ford Identify and they wiped the computer system playing I guess but they said these keys are programmed to the truck just the anti-theft light is even so blinking and will non first. I took the fuse out for the anti-theft light withal won't start what else tin can exist done

I have the same problem the whole time I've been trying to observe somebody else that has this outcome I reset it and I can turn the truck right back on that only lasts for a affair of minutes then it goes right back into anti-theft mode how come up nobody has mentioned this part is there a short or something causing it to go dorsum into that mode every time cuz resetting its pointless if information technology's just going to keep doing it

Sorry telephone is broken pcm relay under hood and the thirty amp nether the dash n there is I believe ii more than high amp fuses nether the hood besides to check I believe you can look in the owners manual to be assact.
