Productions costs for visual novels like Central's tin can price from tens of millions of yen to 100 million yen, but almost 400 meg yen are needed for a one- cour anime, and so it becomes a large risk. If it's a major visitor, they tin can produce an anime with even one sponsor, but we tin't hands do that.
